We take delight in what we do.  We provide a level of services and products that are without rival in our market.  We value our established clients and the relationships we have with them.  We embrace the challenge of fostering lasting relationships with new clients.  We refuse to have our inventory reflect poorly on us and more importantly on you, our client.  We have a polished and professional appearance from staff to delivery vehicles.  We are proud of the company we are and the partners we have.

We exhibit a high level of accuracy.  Our management displays a consistent method of decision-making.  An order is never loaded onto a truck without being counted twice.  A delivery doesn’t take place without being inspected and inventoried on site.  Every item in our rental inventory is constantly under the scrutiny of our management.  Our clients choose Event Rents because they expect perfection and perfection is our goal.

We are continually available.  Event Rents’ office is staffed six days of the week.  We understand that events take place outside of normal business hours.  Oversights and omissions occur in the event industry and when they do you need to be able to reach a capable person.  With that in mind, outside of our normal business hours we have an emergency contact system in place.  We focus on the solution not the problem.  We are persistent in our approach to business, never fully satisfied and always striving to be at the pinnacle of our industry.
